What School Plan does
Enter your child's class timetable once, and School Plan shows you what's on at school every day, taking holidays, school trips and changes during the year into account.
The weekly timetable
Monday to Friday, hour by hour, with each subject in its own colour. Swipe to move to the next week.
Lunch time, homework and playtime
Beyond lessons, mark the other moments of the school day. They can change from one day to the next, just like in real life.
Several children, one tap to switch
Each child has their own colour, class and timetable. Choose at the top whose week you want to see.
Changes during the year
If the timetable changes in October, create a new version starting that week: past weeks stay as they were. For a substitute teacher, just change that one day.
Holidays already included
Christmas, Easter, Easter Monday and all Italian national holidays appear automatically. Add your town's patron saint day too.
Holidays, bridge days, trips and early dismissals
Add them to the calendar for all your children or just one. School closures appear striped in the timetable, and after an early dismissal the remaining hours are greyed out.
New school year in one tap
In September, move up to the next class and keep the same time slots: you only need to enter the new subjects.
Add to Calendar
A school trip, a holiday or an early dismissal can be saved to your iPhone's Calendar, including one shared with your family.
In four languages
Italian, English, Chinese and Spanish: the app follows your iPhone's language automatically.
Your data stays yours
No account, no ads, no data collected. Everything stays on your iPhone.
See School Plan in action
Four short videos, in four languages: pick yours.
Coming in version 1.2
Four new features we're working on.
Evening reminders
The night before: tomorrow there's a school trip, dismissal at 12:30.

The day's lessons on the Home Screen or the Lock Screen, without opening the app.
Sync between parents
The same timetable on more than one iPhone through iCloud: what one parent updates, the other sees.
Export the week
